The daily rate includes the day you drop your pet off and the day they depart. I charge by the day, not by the night. I do not kick your rabbits out at 11am on their departure day!
If you would like to drop them off after 7pm on their arrival day or collect before 10am then I will not charge for this but I need to know this in advance at the time of booking so that the space can be available for someone else.
Payment is taken when you drop your pet off with us.
What is included?
Everything is included except dry food and cat litter. Each enclosure is usually setup with clean mats, a large litter tray of wood shavings topped with hay, tunnels, bowls, bottles, toys, balls and a hidey house. Hutches are set up similar without all the big toys and mats. You are still welcome to bring your own items just please remember to remind me which are yours when you leave.
The new cabin enclosures are heated during the winter and cooled with an air conditioner during the warmer months which makes it ideal for indoor rabbits. The cabin is locked at night.
Free nail clipping is also included and the option for your pet to have a groom here for an additional £10 per pet.
Rabbits cages and enclosures are cleaned every day and water and hay topped up multiple times daily.
Rabbits and Guinea pigs are fed vegetables and herbs every evening, usually gem lettuce, spinach, kale, parsley, coriander, mint, dill, spring greens, broccoli and the odd bit of carrot. Vegetables and herbs are included but feel free to bring anything that will only go to waste.
I can also send you photo updates or videos of your pet via whatsapp or facebook.
Rabbits in hutches or smaller accommodation will spends a few hours in the runs each day, weather permitting. Those in the smaller hutches always have priority to go out first in case the weather changes. Those with runs attached to their cage will go out into the grass runs every other day.
Medication is given at no extra charge.
Opening times on weekends and holidays are between 9-11am and 5pm-8pm
We also board smaller rodent pets i.e. tortoises, hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats etc please ask for more details.
