Terms and Conditions




Deposit: A deposit of £10 or 25% (which ever is greater) is required for all bookings. I am unable to pencil anyone in without. You can pay deposits via paypal or bank transfer.


Cancellation and Amendments: If you need to cancel your booking please do so as soon as possible. If the stay is cancelled within 6 weeks of the arrival date then only a £10 deposit will be lost. If you have paid more than a £10 deposit then the difference will be refunded. Cancellations after this 6 week period will unfortunately loose the full deposit that was paid.

If you shorten your allotted stay with less than 4 weeks notice you may still be liable to pay the full amount. If you wish to extend the stay and we can accommodate the extra period, payment will be required on your return.

If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day without prior arrangement then you will be charged for any extra days at £20 per day.


Vaccinations: Rabbits need to be fully vaccinated during their stay and proof sent prior to the stay. If you cant provide valid proof from a vet that your rabbit is vaccinated then the stay will be cancelled and any money paid will not be refunded. Only vet certificates and vet receipts are a valid form of proof.


Drop off and Pick up: Please adhere to my opening times on the main page. A rough time is very much appreciated.


Neutering: Unfortunately I can no longer accept unneutered male rabbits. Unneutered male rabbits have the tendency to be destructive and spray everywhere which upsets the other rabbits. They are more likely to accidentally harm themselves while trying to get to the other rabbits therefor I've made the decision to no longer accept them. Unneutered female rabbits are still accepted to stay as they don't display the same behaviors.


Non-collection : If pet/s are not collected within 7 days of agreed date and we have not heard from you, we will assume you have abandoned your pet/s and will commence legal proceedings to recover continuing boarding costs. If after 14 days we are still unable to contact you, we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed. There is a £20 per day charge for rabbits that are not collected.


Bonding: Currently bonding is charged at £12 per day and payment for 10 days is taken on drop off. A £30 deposit is also needed prior to booking in. If your rabbit is bonded sooner than 10 days then the difference will be refunded. If bonding takes longer than 10 days then the difference will need to be paid on collection. If the bond fails unfortunately I will not be able to refund any days already worked with your rabbits. I can not be held responsible for a bond breaking once home but will give information on how to avoid this. If one of the rabbits is injured during the bonding process then again I can not be held responsible for this. This has never happened as i'm always quick to step in but should be stated anyway.


Shared Hutches: Rabbits or Guinea Pigs sharing a hutch which show any signs of aggression will be separated for the safety and well-being of all pets. Owners of pets requiring separation will be liable for the additional boarding costs. We will endeavour to keep companions together but if fighting and injuries occur we have to put your pets safety and wellbeing first. We will only board bonded pets from the same home together.


Illness or Injury: If your pet falls ill while staying with us, then we will contact you immediately if time allows. We will rush them directly to the vet and contact you as soon as we can thereafter. In leaving your pets in our care you will have electronically signed an agreement for complete reimbursable of any bills. You are required to settle this amount on pick-up of your bunnies. We do not charge for our time - we just care about your pet. 

If on the extremely rare occasion your rabbit injures itself or becomes ill while staying then we can not be held responsible.
