Shed Enclosures

Inside the smaller shed there are two 5ft by 5ft fully secure enclosures. The shed has lighting inside and is cleaned thoroughly between each use. Each enclosure is equipt with hidey houses, litter trays, toys, bowls, rugs and tunnels etc.
The shed is currently not heated and has good ventilation in the summer.

Not suitable for indoor rabbits during the colder months.

£8 for 1 rabbit, £10 for 2 rabbits, £12 for 3 rabbits.

Hutches

On the patio there are two 6ft hutches ideally for small single rabbits or guinea pigs and two 6ft hutches with a permanent 6ft run attached. There is also a double 5ft hutch with permanent 5ft run attached.

The rabbits staying in the hutches with runs will remain in this area and not go onto the grass runs unless requested to minimize the risk of contamination. Any rabbits staying in the 6ft hutches will spend a couple of hours per day, often longer, in the grass runs.

The hutches are all painted in pet friendly paint and have easy clean flooring topped with bedding . All hutches are supplied with litter trays, toys, bowls and bottles. During the summer and rainy days all hutches are provided with shade.

£8 for 1 rabbit, £10 for 2 rabbits, £12 for 3 rabbits.

The Cabin

Inside the popular cabin are four enclosures, three of which measure 4ft by 6ft and one that measures 4ft by 8ft.
These are ideal for indoor rabbits as they are heated through the colder months. During the summer the cabin has an air conditioner and fans for those extra hot days.

The largest 4ft by 8ft enclosure can be split into two for bunnies from the same household that have failed to bond so they can still see and smell each other, obviously the space is minimized when this is done but its still a great temporary space with plenty of time outside in the runs. (There is an extra charge of £1 per day to cover the use of two litter trays when the enclosure is split).

All rabbits staying inside the cabin will have time in the runs daily weather permitting unless requested otherwise.

The cabin is locked at night with curtains and blinds closed and a small light on, It's very cosy! There is also a radio on throughout the day.

I've yet to have guinea pigs stay in an enclosure but they are more than welcome to at the same rabbit rate below.

£10 for 1 rabbit, £12 for 2 rabbits, £14 for 3 rabbits.

Not suitable for outside rabbits as it is heated.

Guinea Pigs and other small pets

I have five 120cm guinea pig cages available, they are all immaculately clean! no stains! each is set up with clean bedding, hay, hidey houses, toys, bowls and a bottle.  Guinea pigs can spend time in the runs on the grass in decent weather. Guinea pigs will not mix with others.

Please note wood shavings and hay are used for bedding. I don't provide fleece bedding as it soils very quickly and begins to smell. Guinea Pigs are spot cleaned daily and given a full clean every 2/3 days depending on how many pigs are in the cage.

I also cater for rodents, hamsters, small birds and other exotics if the space is available.

£7 for 1 Guinea Pig, £8 for 2 Guinea Pigs, £10 for 3 Guinea Pigs, £12 for 4 Guinea Pigs.

Rabbit Runs

In good weather rabbits will have at least 2 hours minimum in the 6ft x 3ft runs when the boarding is at full capacity. The grass is watered and cut regularly and we try our best to dispose of the droppings. Rabbits staying in the smaller hutches will always have priority going into the runs first when the weather may be likely to change. Rabbits that are staying in hutches with runs already attached will not go into the grass runs to help lessen the risk of contamination.

The bunnies will never be mixed together while staying with us and never go nose to nose with another while here.

Medical Information

Medications are administered at no extra charge. I have experienced and am extremely confident in administering medication for both rabbits and guinea pigs (antibiotics, panacur, metacam, rear guard, injections, lotions and critical care).

Our vet is Vets for Pets on Moorgate Road and is a 5 minute drive away, if your bunny has a history of ill health and your regular vets is within a 30 min drive then I will take them to their usual vets who will have their medical history.

In the very rare occasion that your pet is taken unwell during it's stay we will contact you immediately if time allows.  If the time taken to contact you and receive a response will be detrimental to the welfare of your pet we will rush them directly to the vet and contact you as soon as we can thereafter. In leaving your pets in my care you will be required for complete reimbersal of any bills. You are required to settle this amount on pick-up of your bunnies.
I will contact you if I am concerned about your bunny - or take them straight to the vet should time be of the essence.

Any rabbits showing clear signs of illness with no medications will unfortunately be turned away.
